His name is Matias, he is 42 years old, he is married to a Colombian woman and he has a daughter and a son. (His son was born a few months ago).
His current job is Software Architect.
He lives in the city of La Plata (Argentina)
He tells us that his love team is River Plate, although a part of his heart is also with Estudiantes de La Plata, since he played in the lower categories of the club.
He loves rugby, he played as a boy but then he preferred, football, roast, fernet and friends the perfect combination.
His hobby is playing drums.
He heard about Hattrick in news on TV, he liked and tested. He aslo remember that at that time he had to wait about 6 months to be given the team, (Play since 2005 uninterruptedly).
In 2008 he started as a moderator, in 2011 he was offered to be GM, and in 2015 Mod-Louzao contacted him to offer to be a Senior Mod.
He is currently fulfilling both functions.
Interview with GM-OZZY (Done by Franfer)
I didn't have the pleasure of meeting OZZY, or, at least, I think so. However, the time I've shared with him has been more than suggestive. We must highlight his kindness to build a document that will delight our faithful followers.
I would say that OZZY is characterized by prudence when answering each section; however, he has not avoided any of the questions, which is to be appreciated. It shows that he is an assertive person: he explains at every moment, the reason for his position, in a strong way.

1. We must start the interview by asking him about his nickname. Does it have to do with the mythical British musician and composer? If the answer is yes, talk us about a little bit of music: Which are your favorite bands? Any Argentinian?
Exactly, my nickname is due to Ozzy Osbourne, for the time I spent being a worker I had a dog, german Overo that was called OZZY and was old, so in tribute mainly to him I put that nickname.
My favorite band without a doubt is Pearl Jam, and I have the great pleasure that my daughter shares this taste, and we were able to go see them together. Other Bands, Metallica, Skid Row, Mötley Crüe, The Doors, Aerosmith
I don't have Argentine favorites, I'm not very fond of listening to national music, but Soda Stereo, Los Redondos and La Renga are on my PC or cell phone.
2. You belong continuously to Hattrick since 2005. How did you end up being part of the Staff? You have been a moderator, GM and I understand that, currently, Mod Senior. Tell us a funny episode where you had to deal with.
As is usually done at conferences, the Staff at that time opened a nomination for Moderator, I liked the idea of seeing the game from another side so I made my application, that's how I became Moderator. After a couple of years they offered me if I wanted to become a GM, I liked the idea, since I had been a Moderator for several years and performing another function I didn't know seemed like a very good idea. I never really moved away from moderation because whenever I could I helped moderation with advice, opinions, etc., always respecting without invading their work. I was on holiday in Chile and one day I logged in HT and I had an email from Mod-Louzao, if I would like to be part of the Mod Senior team, given my qualities regarding moderation and I said I was interested, and well summarizing after several talks here I am fulfilling the work of Senior.
There are many, but I think the best was for a user who wanted to stop playing and asked that the money he had in the club had to be transferred to his bank account; there was no way he understood that the money was fictitious, the conversation lasted a very long time, I read the laws of his country because he sent it to me so that he knew that he had the right to demand it according to his criteria and that he was going to hire a lawyer to put us on trial, I think it was the most unusual and fun thing I lived on HT. I want to make clear that I tell this since the user made it public at the conference at the time.
3. By the way, how about the competition section? What motivates you the most in Hattrick to continue?
I really left the competition a few years ago, as you can see in my team, they play alone. I am focused on my work as a worker rather than running a Club.
I think that like all the Great Family that is HT and its vice, highlight the users, people who maybe you will never meet in life but you share with those people every day in a conference, although the conference is no longer what It was, those of us who had the privilege of being at the time know very well what I am telling you about ... but keep going, we are there every day sharing with everyone.
4. According to the review you provided, you are called Matías. I hope it has nothing to do with that Argentine boy who was part of one of the editions of GH Spain. There was no possibility of flirting with him, he used to win women over easily; even to the TV hostess.
Hahahaha I would not participate in something like that, I don't know much about the story but if the hostess is nice because I don't mix the two cultures. I don't know what really happened but knowing the Argentines a bit I can imagine it.
5. I would like to ask you now about the political-social crisis that is ravaging South America. Could it relate to the so-called Arab Spring? What has happened so that everything explodes at the same time?
I do not have much knowledge about the Arab spring, I am not an expert, I try to be cautious when talking about politics, because as we know unfortunately many people cease to be objective when that thought goes into fanaticism. I am sure that there are cases in which the citizens' claim is legitimate, there are no doubts, but unfortunately there are also politicians who seek their benefit instead of thinking about the people who are claiming something fair. I do not speak of all the countries where there were conflicts, since giving an opinion on a situation that I do not know, I think it is not the right thing, although there are many who speak of other countries as if they lived there, I do not share it but I respect their opinion.
6. Tell us about your work as a professional. What does a software architect do? Is it true that you could hack Pablito's computer in a thousand ways so that, when sending SPAM, everything turned against him?
Mainly in Analysis and methodologies on different systems and advanced knowledge about programming, something summarized to not bore people. Hahahahahahaha a thousand ways to hack Pablito's PC, but send SPAM? No need to hack his PC, he hacks by himself XD (joke).
7.You are fond of River. Tell us where the rivalry with Boca comes from. Why do they tell you The Millionaires? Any emerging Argentine player to mention? Currently, in Seville, there is one called Ocampos that stands out as none.
The port area in Buenos Aires at the beginning of the last century was in the Rio de la Plata, in that port area there was a neighborhood of La Boca, a neighborhood heavily influenced by the customs brought by foreigners, among them the sport of football, which made the neighborhood of La Boca, the cradle of the two clubs in Argentina.
On May 25, 1901, the River Club was born also in the neighborhood of La Boca. River Plate is known as the 'millionaire' team and to know the nickname you have to go back almost 90 years ago, at the beginning of the decade of the '30s. Starting from 1931 to 1935, River made incorporations of several players, broke the records in the price of a player when buying it, other incorporations of players were a spectacular outlay for the time. All these signings, which required a huge disbursement of money from the club, were those that caused the River Plate to be known as "Millionaires" ...

8. Returning to Hattrick, tell us which users accompanied you in the beginning. Have you come to attend a hangout? Was there an asado at that meeting?
Several users but I will not name anyone to not forget any. We have had many luckily wonderful moments. The asado has almost always been present at this kind of meetings.
9. By the way: I had to look for what the "fernet" was. Is it possible to take a rough one based on that drink?
Very likely to end up with a binge, even more if you are not used to drinking it.
10. Finally, what does Hattrick give you or has it brought to you so far? Where does the fidelity that we continue to profess to the portal come from?
I never evaluated what I bring to HT, I try to do things in the best possible way, I am always open to dialogue and I do not close in my ideas, here the important thing is not the workers but the users and their ideas, some of them are possible, others are improved a little more, as we say here they are polished, and others at the moment are not viable. Even if they don't believe, everyone is read with the same interest and respect they deserve. The idea is to leave everyone happy but unfortunately you can't; the diversity of thoughts.
