His name is Txomin and he was born 45 years ago in San Sebastian. He has been living in Sant Boi de Llobregat for 17 years with his wife and 7 year old son. He finished his engineering degree in Computer Management and he works as an account manager in HP.
His hobbies are sports (watching and practicing), series and movies, traveling, and spending as much time as possible with his family.

Well! This time we are gonna interview our mate HM-Capri09, Spain NT's coach.

The teacher, is the term someone used to use when talking about this "Donostiarra" living in Sant Boi de Llobregat for 17 years, he has a virtue, he doesn't leave indifferent anyone who knows him. Personally, I must say my treatment with him has ever been cordial. I consider him as someone kind, generous, whose passion (NT's world) has brought him the best and worse of HT, but always he places about it.
1.Pablo has asked me being interview for the Tavern, place for delinquents, people with no work, SPAM's land, beardless' lash...Are you sure for going ahead?
Of course yes, the Tavern is the best place for speaking about whatever you want, to play thousands games, moreover it is the tournament of tournaments, the tournament HM-LTP (II), which is with no doubt the tournament with more success of all HT. There is a queue for entering look at this!! Then, nice to receive you and give you this interview.
2. Well, let's talk about the last elections for Spanish NT's coach. What about the discusión? Is it true like, as ancient times, all the community was with pop-corn behind the screen?
Well, elections are a place where many things are exposed, existing or not, for trying to guide/manipulate the vote for one candidate or another one. I have on my back many elections, and I always see the question's intention, it's seen from far who comes with the interest for leaving you a poisoned gift, and the one who comes for asking. So look, I would say 90% of the people is pure theatre. The really important thing is the one who is chosen to do the things as best as he can, and cheers as to follow the NT, so the managers who train his players can communicate fluently with the staff and the scouts, having a training plan and follow it,include negociate them, as sometimes players who arrive are the wants who haven't follow the training plan, and they can offer something different to the rest of competitors (one more level here or there is always valuable). Pop-corn are still present in the elections and post-elections, didn't you see how my thread was in the elections' day 1? And, what a first week, at all, nothing similar to what was before, now is all too light.
Truly these were an elections in which I believed I would become the second again, I haver this syndrome, after many mistakes, that was the good! Now, we are all very happy and exited for heading this challenge all together and bring the National Team as further as possible in the 31st world cup played in Cameroon.
Who knows if the fortune can bring us to higher positions, but I can not promise, And I won't, all will come step by step, we will fight with all we have.
3. What can you say about the 6 thousand pesetas some people affirms you must give to Pablito?
jajajaja, to Pablito you have to learn not to consider what he says, because he speaks a lot and later he doesn't remember about what he said, so we can say he has to give them to me ;)
4. An existential doubt: what has ercanto for having done history in Hattrick? ¿Is it true that an ADSL conection and a bit of ingeniousness is enough? Is there any successor?
ercanto is one of those players that in one or another way, are touched by a magical wand and achieves to pass HT several times. So imagine the rest, to arrive to his level, we'll need 2 or 3 lifes!I don't know what you need, but I know he has fought a lot at the top, he has worked well with the transfer market, so the principal it's done. He has knowledge, Good finances for propose itself the projects he wants, and later when he has to compete he knows how to profit his team. You have a genius! May be lots of users envy him, in a sane or insane way.
Successors... it's difficult, several factors have to appear as I said and some people controls the market, but they don't know how to take profit of their teams, some people the inverse, so isn't easy at all. ADSL is good, if you don't have connexion you have nothing to do jajaja but nowadays with fiber we have a faster acces, mobile has brought another direct acces, so every time I see more people entering HT by the App and do stuff that till now was impossible to do with the mobile.
The game in general is getting into the most accesible for new users, easier to begin with the mandatory learning, we are seeing in the group HM, where every day there are more managers with developing teams doing things very well, which in little time will be on top divisions giving war.
I have a very bad memory, but before -in the past- there were a great number of mythical users. Give me some names.
I have very bad memory ajajaja there are a lot of managers who have passed nearer or further from me, leaving something to be in a good or bad way, letting me to learn or be better. I wouldn't like to comment about someone and not for the others.
5. People say you like National Team's world more than a bonito poat in Basque lands. Speak about this passion
Uff it's difficult, between marmitakos and T-bone steaks... I wouldn't know what to say, but it's true I like National Teams and I've been in 4 different countries, if I still remember, managing them or helping to manage. With this, I've been NT's coach for 6 times, 4 for the U20 (Guatemala and Ecuador twice each one) and 2 with the absolute (Spain). Appart from that, as you can see in my profile, I was a lot of time involved before in Spain, as an scout of youth players, I began with Barroso2, here you can see that staff. What an experience was that, between that I was new and didn't know anything, when I saw those genious helping each other and working for a common goal, I become so emotioned that I couldn't leave this world. In fact, my intention in this mandate is doing what they did to me, give them new challenges, new illusion to these managers in my staf, the majority of them are new in NT's, but we've spent more than 3 years sharing days, weeks and months in our Whatsapp's groups, learning every day.... Here they are, some of them have done the step for entering in this world and I 'm very grateful, so they will be too part of the NT teams future if they wanna follow with it, and I'm pretty sure that lots of them will do it and will help or lead in the future projects for giving them continuity.
6. Make a bet: gold, silver or bronce medal in your mandate. Which countries will finish in these positions?
Man, I would like one thing and we will probably get another jajajja we have to remember Spain has good players, good managers, good training's plans. In NT matches, specially in final phases, luck is necessary in moments for being able to advance. So it isn't only you do it okay, but moreover don't have a motor's bad day and it ruins a good approach, and for that result you end out. It's clear we could get a gold, but it happens nothing if we don't get it, we will trying to win it until we do! If we achieve it, it will be genial of course, but don't believe they are gonna say nothing Good, we will continue being the same at all, but for the history it would be okay this mandate stays as the one who achieve it. Many have tried it and we didn't get, so working on generations is the important thing for the ones who will come after us they find a team which can play and compete, taking care of the managers who allows the players to get into NT with an astonishing conditions. The rest is to learn and have a good time, sharing happiness with the others and achieving little winnings. The path must be enjoyed!
