1. You have been playing Hattrick for 15 years. Is it true that when you began Pablito hadn't borned neither?

That depends on which Pablito are we talking about. If we refer to Hattrick's Pablito, yes, ¡he was unborn!. But I imagine that in the Real Life there still was a Pablito without worries and with lot of free time. 😄

2. You have been moderator for ages. Is it true that due to your hippies ideology you are against the forum sanctions?

Sanctioning users is the bad part of the Moderator role, although sometimes it's necessary to keep the order. When you start with moderator duties, you want to be in a pedagogical role of peacemaker. Later, as the time passes, one tends to lose the patience. In Argentina's Staff we use two words to define the relaxed moderator and the rigorous. I leave this as homework, if you want to search which they are.

3. At main club level, you have achieved win some friendly game, win a BOT in league and take part of the Pablito's tournament. What more could you do?

I still have some pending doubts: Reaching Primera División (Argentina's top league), winning Argentina's Cup, and who says... maybe someday being a NT coach again. I consider myself as inexperienced in terms of National Team (Major), but I want to live that experience someday.
I never took the game thoughtfully. The maximum league I reached was III division. I mostly had spent time training players for our National Team.

4.Talk if you consider timely about your experience with u20. Are so important the days at the time to focus on a player to convert it into a futuristic?

It depends on potential and current players skills, and the amount of matches the player could play. Sometimes you have to find a balance between these characteristics.
For some countries, using players with more days than the rest (and hence, with better skills) can be beneficial for making the difference in the start of the competition. But you have little margin for error, and if you don't get into next round quick, the last matches on Round 1 can be chaotic.

5. Is it true that during your labour as a u20 Uganda's coach you had to interrupt your work due to a putsch in the territory?

Hahaha, no!
Experience with Uganda was one of the best things I lived in Hattrick. And then, the two cycles with Argentina.There is a lot of adrenaline when you're National Team coach. And there is plenty responsibility on choosing wisely the players that had been trained during 1 real life year.
If you take this seriously, it can be exhausting. But the experience is very enriching.

6. Tell something, that you think it's convenient, about the tools you developed for Hattrick, something that is to thank.

I have made some contributions to Foxtrick. The most outstanding is the "Eligibility for U20" module (that text you see below players' skills. The one that say which is the last U20 match the player is suitable).
Another tool I made is the Stadium Calculator using -BJ-'s formula, who used to make the calculations "by hand" for each user that was asking for, and then posting the result in Argentina's forum. For some users, that formula is the holy grail.
Currently I'm with some projects in mind, and trying to approach the lockdown to move on with them. If you have ideas, feel free to write me!

7. In the previous interview you said have participated in teaching. Describe us the experience.

There were 5 years as a teaching assistant. My main task consisted in attend to the practical lessons of subjects in the university, and solving questions/queries to the students. It's like being a tutor/private teacher, but inside a classroom in front of 150 people.

8. You assert being informatic. What made you the decision for choosing the "Casa de la Moneda" when hacking something?

I didn't have to choose anything. Probably, it was an acquired vocation since I was a child. The first computer in my house arrived when I was near 3 years old. My mother used to work with that computer with me in her lap, and with my short age the only thing I could do was press the keyboard.

9. ¿River or Boca? And, at least in Europe, ¿why being Boca's fan is postureo?

None of them. And I can't answer the second, but I hope in a short future being Olimpo's fan will become a trend 😁

10. It has been a pleasure you accepted the interview. Pablito's tavern thanks you. Now, what has Hattrick given to you during these years?

Ufff. Quite a lot. We had organized football matches and meet-ups with Hattrick users in my city. From there, I still have some friends. I could even say that I have had a girlfriend "thanks to Hattrick". It's a long story, and I have no problem on telling it anytime.
Fifteen years is a long time. It's difficult to think what would I have become if I had never met Hattrick. Many experiences to tell, but I will let us talk about them in the forum!
